The number of RTT® sessions required can vary depending on the nature of the issue you're looking to resolve. Some challenges may only need one session to achieve lasting results, while more deep-seated issues often linked to long-standing patterns or complex emotions may require two or three sessions for deeper healing and transformation. If you're unsure of how many sessions you might need, reach out, and we can talk it through together.
The RTT® experience can feel different for each person. Some might experience a floating sensation, similar to being in deep meditation, while others might feel sleepy, deeply relaxed, or at peace. It's also possible that you might feel like nothing is happening at all. It's important to remember that how you feel during the session doesn’t indicate its effectiveness. Regardless of what it feels like, the session is working. One key thing to note is that RTT® is not like “stage hypnosis”. It's a gentle relaxation of the nervous system that helps you access and focus on your subconscious thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.
