I work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer reflect who they want to be. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet struggle with anxiety, emotional fatigue, or habits such as smoking or drinking that no longer feel aligned with their values. Often, they sense that something deeper needs attention, even if they can't yet put it into words.
My work is centered on creating a calm, grounded space where the nervous system can settle and the mind can become more open to insight and change. I use guided attention and hypnosis to help clients move beyond surface-level thinking and access the deeper layers where emotional patterns and automatic responses are held.
Rather than focusing on behavior alone, we explore the underlying emotional and nervous system dynamics that maintain it. This allows change to occur naturally, without pressure or self-judgment. Sessions unfold at their own pace and are guided by what is present in the moment, rather than by rigid structure.
I listen carefully and respond to what emerges in the session, supporting each person in developing a clearer and more grounded relationship with their inner experience. The intention is not to fix or force change, but to create the conditions in which clarity, balance, and self-trust can emerge organically.
At the heart of my approach is a deep respect for the body's intelligence and the mind's capacity to reorganize when given the right conditions. When people feel safe, seen, and supported, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
My path to this work has been shaped by both professional experience and personal exploration. Having lived and worked across different countries and cultures, I have spent many years observing how people adapt, cope, and make sense of their inner world in order to function, succeed, and feel safe. Over time, this led me to a deep interest in the subtle ways stress, emotional patterns, and unconscious habits influence how we live and relate to ourselves and to others.
My background is multidisciplinary and international, which has given me a strong respect for nuance, context, and the many ways people learn to feel safe, capable, and grounded. I bring that same sensitivity into my sessions, meeting each person where they are and honoring the unique way their experience has taken shape.
I am trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT), and hypnosis is an important part of my work. I use hypnosis as a way of helping the mind enter a focused, calm, receptive state where deeper understanding can emerge. In this state, people are often able to access the emotional roots of certain patterns and relate to them with greater clarity and compassion.
My training also includes advanced work in hypnosis and subconscious processes with leading practitioners in the field. I continue to refine my approach through ongoing study and hands-on experience, integrating structured techniques with a thoughtful, client-centered way of working.
Over time, my work has evolved beyond any single method. What guides each session is a combination of technique, presence, careful listening, and respect for the individual's inner process. I believe meaningful change does not come from force or willpower, but from creating the right conditions for awareness, regulation, and insight to arise naturally.

Some clients experience immediate shifts, feeling lighter and more empowered right after a session.
For others, change is cumulative, unfolding gradually over days or weeks as new thought patterns take hold.
Sometimes, transformation is retroactive, becoming fully clear only when looking back and realizing just how much has changed.
However your journey unfolds, I will be here to guide and support you every step of the way.
