What is RTT®?
RTT® is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive change.
The roots of RTT® are drawn from within areas of traditional psychotherapy such as gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness.
Its personalized approach works with clients to help them reframe any negative beliefs, habits and emotions – many of which they have carried with them since childhood.
Often, these have been so deeply buried in their subconscious that they are unaware of the past issues affecting them.
By giving you, the client, the potential to alter the way you think and put an end to negative self-talk, you can approach life in a positive way and move forward.
When will I start to see changes?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy®:
Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
Accumulative: You see consistent shifts every day and over time.
Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away, then one day you look back and realize how you life has changed.
How will I feel during a session?
The experience feels different for different people. You might feel a floating sensation, similar to being in meditation, or you might be sleepy, or very relaxed and peaceful. You might also feel like nothing is happening. It is important to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective your session is. Regardless of what it feels like, it’s working.
One thing to understand is that RTT® is nothing like “stage hypnosis”. It is just a relaxation of the nervous system that allows you to access and focus on your subconscious thoughts, beliefs, and feelings.
How is RTT® different from other therapies?
RTTⓇ helps the client uncover the root cause of why they feel the way they do. Unlike other therapies which focus on the issue or challenge, RTTⓇ helps the client discover the origin of the beliefs and behaviors that have led to their issue. Using a unique set of tools and techniques, RTTⓇ supports the client in transforming their current issue and moving forward with a new set of more beneficial and positive beliefs.
What should I expect from a session?
I will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. As the client, you will work with me to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and the beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today.
Once that has been achieved, I will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a personalized audio that I will create for you to listen to for 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward.
How does it work?
RTT® Hypnotherapy is a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnosis. It offers fast, effective results.
During your RTT session, you will be working with the alpha brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM (just before sleep). Alpha brain waves are present when your brain is in an idling default-state typically created when you’re daydreaming or consciously practicing mindfulness or meditation.
In this state of relaxation, you are able to access the subconscious mind and rewire the neural pathways of the brain, replacing outdated beliefs and negative patterns of behavior.
How long does RTT® take to work?
Every person and situation is unique, but generally, clients should only need between 1-3 sessions per issue.

Because RTT® is a complete, solution-based approach, it can be used in many different ways. I have achieved phenomenal success in helping people overcome all kinds of challenges, including physical health issues, infertility, depression, anxiety, fears and phobias, and weight management.

Why is RTT® more expensive that hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is carried out under hypnosis, and it can cover a wide range of practices.
Through hypnosis, the therapist gains access to the subconscious mind and then, using suggestion and convincers, the therapist aims to make long-lasting change. Typically, this can take between 6-10 sessions.
RTT® is different from standard hypnotherapy, it is a unique method like no other. The sessions themselves are longer and you will only require a maximum of 3 sessions.
